Я только что прибежал с первой своей утренней пробежки за десяток лет. И вместо того, чтобы упасть на диван и тупо уставиться в телек, сел за своё рабочее место и начал писать этот пост. Потому что хочется поделиться с вами эмоциями, опытом, спросить совета.
Как я пришел к утреннему бегу
Давно, ещё в школе, я бегал некоторое время по утрам. Я бегал с братом, собакой и иногда отцом (он не бегал, а просто гулял). В такой дружной компании было довольно легко особо не задумываться вопросами «А нафига оно мне надо?». Конечно тогда я задумывался над этим и мне было лень, но я был не один и было легче справиться с ленью. К тому же я был моложе на десяток лет.
Я давно подумывал над тем, чтобы снова начать бегать. И для поддержания формы, и для тренировки силы воли. Я много раз слушал разные подкасты, смотрел видео, читал книги и статьи, в которых говорилось, что бег по утрам это очень классно, и этим следует заняться, если хочешь добиться успеха в жизни.
Я хочу добиться многого. И теперь, когда я вышел на тропу войны... с ленью, неуверенностью и раздолбайством, я решил начать бегать. Чуть ранее я уже ввёл в свой день некоторые физические упражнения. Так как работать за компьютером и не заниматься спортом вообще – подобно самоубийству. Ну, и конечно, я довольно часто езжу на велосипеде. Поэтому мне было немного легче, чем если бы я начал бегать с полного нуля.
Моя первая пробежка
Будильник был поставлен на 7 часов утра и было решено, что никакие отмазки не отобьют у меня желания пробежаться в более менее приемлемую погоду. Ложился я в полночь, но долго не мог заснуть. Ночью просыпался пару раз из-за того, что дождь сильно барабанил по подоконнику (я спал с открытой форточкой). Уже тогда я подумал, что моя затея с пробежкой провалилась.
Когда зазвонил будильник, я с трудом открыл глаза и посмотрел за окно. К моему несчастью дождь закончился. Но на улице было мрачно, пасмурно и мокро. Вначале я подумал, что всё равно это не лучшая погода для первой пробежки. Ведь лучше в первый раз бежать, радуясь солнышку. Этот опыт запомнится своим позитивом и в следующий раз бег будет вызывать у меня хорошие эмоции.
Заметьте, какая мастерская отмазка. И я почти повёлся на неё. Я переставил будильник на 9, закутался в одеяло и устроился поудобней, чтобы сладко поспать ещё два часа. Так я лежал минут пять. А затем встал и начал одеваться.
Всё было против меня. Носки куда-то запропастились. Кеды были в ужасном состоянии. Шорты спадали. Я чуть не забыл ключи и мобильный. Физическое состояние было далеко не на высоте – что-то где-то болело в этот день особенно сильно.
Короче, всё было плохо. Но стало намного лучше, когда я вышел на улицу. Утро уже не казалось таким мрачным, было довольно свежо и прохладно. Я хотел выйти за порог и побежать, но я не сделал этого. Я искренне удивился тому, сколько людей уже не спит. Они спешили на работу, дачу, выгуливали собак. Движняк по полной программе.
Мне стало неудобно бежать перед ними, хотя конечно ничего плохого в беге нет. Поэтому я пошёл пешком. В принципе, это правильно. Нужно дать организму проснуться и пройти метров сто перед пробежкой. Мне повезло, я живу недалеко (как раз метрах в ста) от леса. Там нет ни машин и их выхлопных газов, ни людей с их осуждением. Идеальное место для занятий спортом.
Как только я вошёл в лес, я засёк время и побежал. И сразу же мне стало хреново. Давно я не занимался спортом (те утренние процедуры, которые я начал делать с недавнего времени, не в счёт), курил табак, употреблял алкоголь, питался нездоровой пищей. Всё это делало мой следующий шаг ещё хуже.
Но я бежал. Так как знал, что после пробежки я буду чувствовать себя отлично. Как в физическом, так и в моральном плане.
Я бежал не по кругу, как на стадионе. Я бежал по лесным тропинкам туда, куда просто хотелось бежать. Вначале я забежал на Королевскую горку (есть у нас такая, с неё зимой постоянно катаются). Потом побежал дальше. Я решил, что по лесу я буду бегать, и переходить на шаг только при выходе из него.
По лесу бегать приятно и интересно. Иногда встречаются преграды, которые нужно преодолевать. Например, поваленное дерево, горка или наоборот низина. Бегать по неровностям и земле намного приятней, чем по унылому асфальту. В будущем можно бегать по оврагам вверх и вниз.
Пока я бежал, у меня начало колоть в боку, а горло сильно першить. Я часто отплёвывался – говорят, что так выходит никотин и смолы, вдыхаемые при курении. На первый раз я не хотел сильно себя нагружать, поэтому не убивался.
Когда я решил, что пора прекращать, я побежал к выходу из леса. Не доходя добегая метров 50-100 до него, я перешёл на шаг. Это длилось всего 15 минут, было очень тяжело как физически, так и морально, но я этим горжусь.
Когда я перестал бежать, организм взбесился. Он вышел из шока от неожиданной утренней нагрузки и набросился на меня. Глаза начали слезиться, заболело горло, потекли сопли и слюни, в боку начало колоть ещё больше. Я бы отдал многое в тот момент за чашку горячего чая. Но ещё несколько минут ходьбы и он (организм) успокоился. Домой я пришёл уже в хорошем самочувствии, довольный и уверенный в себе.
Выводы моей пробежки
Начать бегать по утрам сложно. И одновременно просто. Смотря как к этому относиться. Намного сложнее не из-за боли и физического дискомфорта, а из-за неуверенности и лени.
Если решили, что будете бегать, то:
- Старайтесь бегать на природе. Там, где нет машин. Идеально в лесу.
- Старайтесь бегать не по кругу, а изменять маршрут по мере бега. Главное, чтобы бег был не нормирован количеством кругов вокруг какого-то здания. И чтобы вам было интересно.
- Переходите на шаг в конце бега ещё на природе. Чтобы в открывшиеся из-за бега лёгкие попал чистый воздух, а не выхлопные газы.
- Не останавливайтесь. Никогда и ни при каких обстоятельствах.
- Плюйте на мнение окружающих. Пусть думаю, что хотят. На самом деле они скорее всего завидуют.
- Не откладывайте. Бегите на следующий же день, как только решили бегать.
- Если нет компании, не огорчайтесь. Просто бегите. Иногда приятно побыть одному.
- Не обращайте внимания на преграды. Они всегда есть. Их нужно преодолевать.
- Удобная обувь наше всё. Нужно будет купить себе новые кеды и шорты.
- Во время бега можно подзаряжаться музыкой. Она даёт энергию и отвлекает от нытья. Уже задумался над покупкой mp3 плеера.
День второй: вышел на пробежку во второй раз. Бежал 17 минут. Состояние намного лучше. Разве что крепатура мышц, но на неё обращать внимания нельзя.
Прошёл мимо турников с сожалением. Решил пока себя не загонять.
День третий: и снова я побежал. Бежал 21 минуту. Состояние всё лучше и лучше. В этот раз побегал немного по оврагам и забежал на довольно высокую горку. Бегал столько потому, что забежал в какие-то корчи и пытался из них выбраться :)
